Title Song of ‘Lokanti’ Released


Kathmandu — The title song of the Nepali feature film Lokanti, which is set to release nationwide this Friday, Mangsir 26, has been officially unveiled. The romantic dance number was released through OSR Digital’s official YouTube channel. The song features the film’s lead cast including Yasraj Garach, Richa Thapa, Bimala Limbu, Kumar Nyaupane, and Bikash Adhikari.

The song titled “Janti Lai Man Paryo Lokanti” is sung by Kabir Singh Thakuri, with lyrics and music composed by Sandeep Dangi.

Centered on themes of family, love, struggle, peace, and the subtle conflicts within society, Lokanti has been presented by director Ranjit Rana as a complete family drama. Produced under the banner of Krishan Films, the movie aims to highlight the social sensitivities hidden within a family love story.

The film is produced by Santosh Nyaupane. Alongside Yasraj Garach, actress and model Richa Thapa is seen sharing strong on-screen chemistry. The movie also stars Bimala Limbu, Kumar Nyaupane, Bikash Adhikari, Daman Rupakheti, Govinda Prabha, and others in key roles.

The film is written by Kaji Limbu, with music composed by Bikash Chaudhary, cinematography by Ronish Tamang Chyangba, makeup by Ashok Rokka, and editing by Gautam Raj Khadka.

The movie features songs by Shankar Adhikari Ghayal, Dr. Om Krishna Prasai, Dipendra Khadka, and Sandeep Dangi. Based on Nepali culture and carrying an emotional and social narrative, Lokanti is expected to offer audiences a fresh cinematic experience.
