Bipin and Swastima Win Best Actor and Actress at the National Film Awards


Kathmandu – The Film Development Board organized the “National Film Awards and Honor Ceremony 2081” on Wednesday at Shital Niwas. The event celebrated individuals and films from the Nepali film industry, presenting awards and cash prizes to filmmakers and movies released in the year 2080 BS.

Nepal’s Honorable President, Ram Chandra Poudel, presented the awards to the winners and honored veterans who have significantly contributed to the Nepali film industry. The movie Bulaki, directed by Laxman Sunar, won the Best Film award. Nischal Basnet was named Best Director for Dimaag Kharab. Meanwhile, Bipin Karki won Best Actor for his performance in Prasad 2, and Swastima Khadka was awarded Best Actress for her role in Dimaag Kharab.
